Dr. Mike Soo offers 45 minute energy healing sessions for health and wellness combining his experience with Medical Qigong, Reiki, Quantum Touch, Jin Shin Jyutsu, acupuncture, meditation, breath work and other modalities. He also draws on his 25 year background as a western medical doctor in neurology and sleep medicine to help understand the healing process. Feel free to contact him with questions.
Audrey Soo offers 55 minute intuitive energy healing sessions. She starts by listening to the client’s main concerns, followed by a healing session with the client lying comfortably on a table. She uses light touch or hands over the body to channel and harmonize energy flow within the body. She allows intuition to help guide the process with the intention that the healing session be for the highest good of each client. Each experience will be unique. Most people will feel energy flow, but even if they do not, it can still be beneficial for healing at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

Mikao Usui discovered Reiki healing in 1922, or should we say Reiki discovered him? He originally called it Shin shin kai zen Usui Reiki Ryoho, which means, for improvement of the body and mind, the Usui spiritual energy healing method. This was later shortened to Usui Reiki Ryoho, or the Usui spiritual energy healing method. In the west, this is often shortened to “Reiki”, which means spiritual Qi, or spiritual energy.
In the Level I class, you will be introduced to the history of Reiki and how to apply it for self healing and how to do a healing session with others. You will also receive attunement, or Reiju to the Usui Reiki energy.
Level II will reinforce what you learned in evel I, and you will learn the Reiki symbols which can help focus the energy further in specific ways, and you will learn other Reiki techniques. Level I and II are usually given together over a weekend.
In the advanced Reiki course, you will again experience Reiki attunement, or Reiju, and you will learn how to give the attunement to others, so that you can teach Reiki upon completion of this course. Level I and II are pre requisites for advanced Reiki, and it is recommended that you practice for 6 months after taking the level I-II class before taking the advanced class. In many schools, the advanced class is called the advanced and master level class. I have chosen to combine the 2 and use the term advanced Reiki because the term master is not the best translation of the Japanese term Shinpiden.
